Senior Event Technical Manager
I spent my first 10 working years as a Mechanic, I decided that I didn’t want greasy hands anymore and went back to school, receiving my degree in Network Administration. While attending school in 2001, I was given the opportunity to intern for Microsoft’s Technical Support Group, working on all of the large Microsoft Summer events. It was during this time, I realized that this is what I wanted to do, for as long as I could or until my wife said “no more travel”
10 years later and I’ve slowly worked my way up the ladder, starting out as an entry level tech to a Senior Event Technical Manager, racking up more airline miles than I want to think about and now the wife asks “when are you leaving, because we need a break ”
Since the beginning of my career as an ETM (Event Technical Manager) in 2005, I have managed around 500 events, ranging from 1 tech to 35 techs, including MGX, Tech ED, Tech Ready, PDC, MIX and many, many more.
I’m truly grateful to be given the opportunity to continue what I love to do with F1 Consultancy and I look forward to many years to come in the industry.
