F1 are delighted to have recently been chosen by NewEdge to provide IT support for their UK based offices. NewEdge have a dedicated phone line and email address direct to our support desk where a trained technician is on-hand to offer assistance or general guidance on IT related issues. F1 also have full remote access to the Newedge systems allowing our support staff to investige issues in real-time, make necessary configuration changes or carry out general administrations tasks as though actually in the office.
The contract is progressing well and a strong relationship with NewEdge is blossoming.
