I can honestly say that I was delighted with the flexibility and responsiveness that was provided by you and your team at F1, both for the planning and stand build stages. The onsite support provided by Mark during the event was excellent; he was very helpful and capable throughout and his initiative to set himself up as "IT support desk" in the staff office made him a very popular person indeed, especially when 60 sales people arrived on day one and wanted to connect to the wireless LAN for emails etc! Hopefully we looked after Mark during the event too.
