Hewlett Packard has been using F1 Consultancy for Events and Cloud Services at its events in EMEA for many years including registration sites, event support and provisioning of its server marketing loan pool.
F1 has supported Compaq and now HP for the past 15 years at exhibitions across EMEA. HP often involve F1 from an early stage to assist in designing the network and planning of the builds on the servers and PC’s. On occasions F1 have assisted in the build of the PC’s before the event as well as the installation and support of the network and hardware during the event itself.
In addition to event support F1 provide safe and secure premises for the HP Server Loan Pool, a service F1 have been providing since 2000. HP has access to F1’s stock system where they can check which servers are in stock and available for evaluation.
F1 prepare each server, installing accessories and software as necessary before arranging shipment and collection of the hardware all of which is tracked on line.
