KIN Sampling tour - Denver

I am now in the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado. It has a good feel about it, quite small and compact but with some very nice bars and restaurants. I am fortunate to have a couple of days before I start the setup for the Kin sampling tour.

In that time I have watched a good amount of the World Cup, saw The A-Team Movie and Thursday I decided to go for a run. Big mistake! The altitude (5280 ft) and the heat (30 degrees C) made for a very unsatisfactory run. But I did manage about 5 miles which included a bit of walking.

So far I'm enjoying Denver, it reminds me a little of Seattle, but a bit smaller. I start setup at 7pm Friday and breakdown 10pm Saturday, then head off to San Jose before coming home.

It's been a thoroughly enjoyable trip and hope to do something similar again soon.
